Between 2000 & 2003, we privately managed to rescue 5 small dogs with the help of dog control officers and other rescue organisations. Corky and Spark were rehomed due to a family break-up, Maddie was abandoned on the Sturt Highway and Amy and Tom were saved from pounds. Four of these dogs are now loved and respected family members in caring homes. We are proud to have been a part of their lives and enjoy receiving updates on their progress. We worked together with the people behind ARF (ACT Rescue & Foster) for Maddie, Amy & Tom's rescues. Tom, of course, still lives with us. He is available to a loving, caring home, who can cope with a dog who has special needs.
